The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. BBQ grills and around the property. Large property was well kept and park like setting..Close to everything. Walking distance to food and drinks. Decided to visit Sedona, but wanted to save on cost and also stay somewhere quite. We randomly came across this motel while driving by. It was a shot of the dark, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With me, I had my OCD daughter, who is usually very uncomfortable when sleeping away from home. She immediately stated how comforting our room was. We even forgot her melatonin, but she slept wonderfully while staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. They stocked the bathroom with essentials. Visted for a few days while seeing the grand canyon. It was really good for such a low price and we had no issues. We had no issues with checkin, the pools, the rooms or even noise.
